We built the health app we wished existed.
CheckApp was born from a simple frustration: every health app showed data but never told us what to do about it. DIDI is our answer — an AI companion that turns wellness into a daily conversation.

Our story
It started with a simple frustration. Every health app showed us data but never told us what to do about it. We tracked steps, counted calories, logged water — and still felt terrible by 3pm every day.
The problem wasn't lack of information. It was lack of conversation. Nobody asked “how are you feeling?” Nobody noticed when we skipped water for six hours. Nobody cared when we broke a streak.
That's when DIDI was born — not as a chatbot, but as a health friend who actually checks in. Who remembers your patterns. Who celebrates your wins and asks what happened when you slip. Who reads your tongue photo and says “drink one more glass” instead of showing a chart.
“At CheckApp, we believe health isn't a dashboard. It's a conversation. DIDI is how we're making that real.”

Wellness that actually works for you
4P Medicine — Personalised, Predictive, Preventive, and Participative — is the framework driving everything DIDI does. It's the science of treating the individual, not the symptom.
Personalisation
Your data. Your story.
DIDI learns your rhythms — sleep patterns, hydration habits, how you feel after a rough night. Every suggestion is shaped by you, not by an average population curve.
Example: DIDI knows you drink less water on Mondays and nudges you earlier that day.
Prediction
Catch signals before they become problems.
Small changes in tongue colour, skin texture, or energy levels can signal shifts worth monitoring. DIDI tracks these patterns and flags them early — so you can act, not react.
Example: Consistent dry-tongue signals over three days prompt DIDI to suggest a hydration focus week.
Prevention
Daily micro-habits. Long-term impact.
The cheapest healthcare is the kind you never need. DIDI suggests small, sustainable actions — drink one more glass, step outside for five minutes, try breathing before bed — that accumulate into lasting change.
Example: DIDI notices low hydration streaks and suggests keeping a water bottle at your desk.
Participativeness
You are the expert on you.
DIDI doesn't broadcast. She listens. Through daily conversations, video circles, and streak celebrations, you stay in active dialogue with your own wellness — not just a passive tracker.
Example: You send a video circle showing you're tired. DIDI responds with context-aware suggestions instead of a generic alert.
4P Medicine framework developed by Leroy Hood, PhD. CheckApp applies these principles for consumer wellness guidance only — not for clinical use.
